Cytoscape Webinar

The Taubman Health Sciences Library and the National Center for Integrative Biomedical Informatics (NCIBI) are offering a remote Cytoscape training class via Adobe Connect.  Cytoscape is an open source molecular interactions visualization tool.

Cytoscape Retreat

The 7th annual Cytoscape retreat will be at the North Campus Research Center (aka old Pfizer site) at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor this year!  The tentative schedule and registration is available at: http://cytoscape.wodaklab.org/wiki/CytoscapeRetreat2010.  Speakers will include Dr. Omenn, Dr. Pescovitz, Dr. Leroy Hood and more.  For you developers, there will be a developers tutorial as well as a hack-a-thon.  So if you’re a developer or user, come check it out!

NCIBI Annual Research Meeting
