Wow.  Two posts in one day!  NCBI has a new database for structural variation called dbVar, the Database of Genomic Structural Variation.  dbVar contains data from studies on large-scale genomic variation.  You can read more in the NCBI News.

You can also submit your own studies to dbVar.  You’ll find submission information here.
