PubChem’s 3D Conformers

pubchemSo PubChem is featuring calculated three dimensional conformers for about 88% of the records in its compound database.  It also is clustering similar conformers and is providing a stand alone small molecule conformer viewer called Pc3D.  Pc3D is the small molecule equivalent of Cn3D.  Read the full NCBI News post here.  Have fun!
